Fourth Session: February 27
Session IV begins Monday, February 27th. Tuition is due at this time. For your convenience, tuition fees are located on the tuition mailbox located in the Dance Gallery waiting area.

Studio Closings
The Dance Gallery will be closed the week of March 27th for spring break. If the studio is ever closed for any reason or you are uncertain, call the voicemail. Closings will be indicated on the message.

Celebration 2006 Costumes
CELEBRATION 2006 will be held on Friday, June 16th, 2006 at Munster High School. MARK YOUR CALENDARS NOW.

Costume deposits were DUE the last week of session II. The deposit is $55 per part. Costumes have been ordered so if you haven’t paid, you are now on credit. If you have additional costs you will receive a bill as costumes begin coming in. We are also still in need of scenery and seamstress help. Please see Ms. Amy if you can help. We are also looking for a new videographer.

Below please find the parts listed for Cinderella which is the second act this year. Remember the extra parts were chosen based on desire (you had to tell Ms. Amy you wanted one) seniority, ability and dedication:

STEPSISTERS: Elizabeth Hutter, Megan Krueger
FAIRY GOD MOTHER: Kaitlin Ritchie
COURT JESTER: Sara Larson
MR. CINDERS: Amy Chihara
LUCIFER: Natalie Miyashiro
GIRLS AT BALL: Lindsay Hayes, Renae Miyashiro, Alyssa Larimer, Emily Torres
BIG MICE: Morgan Gozdecki, Chandler Gibbs, Jenni Hlebasko, Tate Hickey

Extra rehearsals will be required for these parts and for most of Cinderella. Keep the month of May free. If you do not feel you can fulfill this obligation please tell Ms. Amy immediately.

Monday 4:00: magicians
Monday 4:45 and Thursday 4:00: waltz scene from ball
Tuesday 5:00: kittens
Tuesday 5:45: bluebirds
Thursday 5:00: mice
Friday 5:15: court jesters
Saturday 10:30: bridesmaids
Saturday11:15 magicians

All jazz classes will be in a separate jazz section requiring special rehearsals on Tuesdays from 4:00-5:00 beginning near the end of May.

YOU HAVE PLENTY OF NOTICE FOR THIS SO MARK IT DOWN! IT IS REQUIRED!

DANCE in Love
Dance In Love traveled to Indianapolis where they participated in a weekend full of worship, great dancing and a performance. CONGRATULATIONS TO KAITLIN RITCHIE FOR WINNING THE SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP!!! The students from The Dance Gallery have won the scholarship three years in a row. Talk to someone about Dance In Love. We just might change the way you think about dance.

ZUMBA!!!
How are your New Year’s resolutions coming along? If you need to put some zing in your work out week, try changing up with a night of Zumba! This class is Latin interval training and will rev up that metabolism. Zumba meets from 7:45 to 8:45 on Monday evenings. It sounds late but it’s worth it!
